Roles and Responsibilities



Source and attract top talent for construction management positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.



Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.



Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.



Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.



Ensure compliance with company's recruitment policies and procedures.



Desired Candidate Profile



7-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Construction Management).



MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.



Proven track record of success in headhunting/recruitment for senior-level positions in Construction projects.
