Job Description

Role Summary:

To assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide an excellent in-store experience while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with jewellery selection Explain product details (gold, diamond, gemstone, purity, pricing) Handle billing, order booking. Maintain display, stock presentation, and showroom hygiene Build long-term customer relationships and follow-ups Handle customer queries and after-sales support Follow store policies and security guidelines
