Danfoss is looking for an experienced SAP FICO IT Consultant for the ERP & BI area of Danfoss Group IT (DGIT). This team is responsible for supporting our existing ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) systems supporting Danfoss in its\' digitalization and electrification agenda across the globe. As our new colleague, you will be part of a well-functioning global team of committed and skilled IT consultants, who are front runners within SAP ERP, implementing the full suite of the latest S4/Hana technology. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following. . To validate the document received from the Stakeholders . Should be responsible to perform the Configuration activities . Perform Peer review in team and ensure the quality of the configuration is met . Should be taking up and completing all deliverables timely without any escalation. The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Hard skills 1. Bachelor in relevant area or equivalent experience 2. 2 to 3Y+ experience in Configuration (IMG) in the area of Finance and Controlling. 3. Experience in CHARM processes (optimal using Solman) 4. Possess good understanding of the business processes in the FICO areas. 5. Hands on experience in Ticketing tools like Service Now. Soft Skills 1. Motivated to learn and acquire further skills in SAP and the functional area 2. Good cooperation skills and able to work with diverse stakeholders in global environment 3. Cross cultural understanding 4. Strong analytical skills 5. Strong/Efficient execution 6. Able to work under tight deadlines 7.
