Endodontist

to join as a

Consultant Trainer

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training dental professionals in advanced endodontic procedures, ensuring high standards in clinical education and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured clinical training sessions on endodontic techniques and protocols. Demonstrate and supervise procedures such as root canal therapy, retreatments, rotary endodontics, and apexification. Guide trainees through patient cases and provide practical insights. Develop and update training modules, presentations, and assessment materials. Evaluate and mentor students or junior dentists to ensure competency. Maintain documentation of training progress and feedback. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in endodontics and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of clinical and/or academic experience post-MDS. Prior experience in dental training or mentoring is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Expertise in both conventional and modern endodontic techniques. Passionate about teaching and knowledge sharing.
