Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Consulting Doctor / Dermatologist / Trichologist to join our Kolkata branch. The ideal candidate should be confident in diagnosing and managing patients with hair and skin concerns, guiding them toward appropriate treatment options including hair transplant, laser therapy, and skincare procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed consultations for patients seeking Hair, Skin, and Laser treatments.

Diagnose conditions such as hair loss, pigmentation, acne, and other dermatological issues.

Recommend suitable treatment plans - including hair transplant, PRP, laser therapy, chemical peels, or medical skincare.

Explain treatment procedures, risks, and expected results to patients in a clear and empathetic manner.

Supervise and guide clinical staff during laser, PRP, or other procedures when necessary.

Maintain accurate patient records, photos, and follow-up details.

Build strong patient trust and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Stay updated with the latest aesthetic dermatology trends, equipment, and techniques.

Work closely with the clinic management team to achieve monthly consultation and conversion goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

MBBS degree (mandatory)

MD / DVD / DDVL in Dermatology (preferred)

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or trichology clinics

Strong communication and patient counselling skills

Presentable and confident personality

Knowledge of aesthetic devices like Diode Laser, Q-switch, HIFU, PRP, or Botox/Filler procedures is an added advantage
