ollaborate with transport planners to co-develop digital tools and data-driven solutions that enhance project delivery and client value. D
esign and build scalable, user-friendly applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A
nalyse transport and infrastructure data to uncover insights, support decision-making, and improve planning outcomes. D
evelop interactive dashboards and reports that communicate complex data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. M
entor junior developers and analysts, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. C
onduct quality reviews of digital tools and data models, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability. W
ork closely with project managers to ensure digital and data components are delivered on time and to WSP's standards. M
aintain strong communication with UK-based teams and clients to ensure alignment and responsiveness. M
andatory Skills
S

trong understanding of data analysis, including data modeling, transformation (Power Query), and visualisation using Power BI. P
roficiency in Python for data processing, automation, or analytical tasks. A
bility to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders to translate domain-specific needs into digital solutions. S
olid understanding of software development principles, including version control, modular design, and testing. E
xperience working in a team-based environment, with the ability to both lead and take direction as needed. S
trong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within time and budget constraints. P
roficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data handling). E
xcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. D

xperience with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) or spatial data integration within Power BI or Power Apps F
amiliarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Power Apps custom themes) to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces E
xperience with JavaScript and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom development and integration P
roficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and managing structured data E
xperience with VBA for legacy Excel automation or tool enhancement E
