We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Consultant - Clinical & Aesthetic Dermatology

to deliver evidence-based dermatological care combined with advanced aesthetic treatments. This role is ideal for a dermatologist who values ethical practice, clinical precision, and long-term patient relationships, while also working with modern aesthetic technologies in a high-quality clinical environment.
You will play a key role in elevating patient outcomes, maintaining clinical excellence, and contributing to the credibility and growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Dermatology Care
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of dermatological conditions affecting skin, hair, and nails
Deliver customized treatment plans based on clinical assessment, patient lifestyle, and long-term outcomes
Manage both medical and aesthetic dermatology cases with a strong focus on safety and effectiveness
Advanced Aesthetic Treatments
Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including:
Laser-based treatments for hair reduction, pigmentation, rejuvenation, and resurfacing
Injectable procedures such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, and regenerative therapies
Advanced treatments for acne, scars, pigmentation disorders, and age-related concerns
Stay updated with evolving aesthetic techniques, devices, and protocols
Patient Consultation & Experience
Conduct in-depth consultations with clear explanation of diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes
Build trust through ethical recommendations, realistic expectation-setting, and transparent communication
Ensure a comfortable, respectful, and premium experience for every patient
Clinical Standards & Governance
Follow established clinical protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards
Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant medical documentation
Participate in internal clinical reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Team Collaboration & Practice Contribution
Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and administrative teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Support training, case discussions, and clinical knowledge-sharing within the team
Contribute to practice reputation through professional conduct, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes

Eligibility & Qualifications
Mandatory
MD / DNB / DDVL in Dermatology
Valid medical council registration
Experience
2-10+ years of experience in medical and/or aesthetic dermatology preferred
Practical experience with lasers and injectables is highly desirable
Recently qualified dermatologists with formal aesthetic training may be considered under structured mentorship or fellowship pathways
