Job Summary
This is a senior, dual-specialty clinical position. The Consultant Physician will be responsible for
leading and integrating
specialized dermatological care with comprehensive functional medicine protocols. The role requires an MD/DNB specialization, expert procedural skills (MBBS knowledge and practice inherent), and a proactive, consultative business mindset to drive client satisfaction and, critically,
maximize client conversion and adherence across ALL Align Longevity programs and therapies.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Advanced Clinical Practice & Functional Integration
Specialized Diagnostics & Root-Cause Treatment:
Independently assess, diagnose, and manage
the full spectrum of medical dermatology conditions, with a focus on identifying and treating systemic roots (e.g., hormonal, gut health, nutrient deficiencies) that manifest as skin and hair issues.
Serve as a clinical expert
in interpreting complex functional diagnostic reports to formulate comprehensive, personalized longevity and anti-aging protocols.
Aesthetic & Regenerative Procedural Leadership:
Expertly perform and take ownership
of advanced cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to:
Injectables:
Dermal fillers, Neuromodulators (Botox).
Energy-Based Devices:
Various laser procedures, radiofrequency, and intense pulsed light (IPL) therapies.
Regenerative Aesthetics:
Advanced PRP/PRF, Exosomes, and Stem Cell applications for hair and skin.
Protocol & Quality Oversight:
Design, implement, and continuously refine safe and effective clinical and aesthetic treatment protocols, ensuring compliance with the highest standards.
Collaborate on the optimization of IV Therapy formulations
and advanced functional treatments based on patient results and the latest research.
Set and achieve aggressive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to overall clinic procedural revenue, package enrollment, and client retention across allservice lines.
Interdepartmental Clinical Training:
Provide expert guidance and clinical training to the Nursing and MBBS Associate teams on dermatological best practices, post-procedure care, and the clinical rationale for specialized IV and functional therapies.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy (or equivalent specialty board certification).
(The MBBS foundation is mandatory for this specialization.)
Registration:
Current, unrestricted medical registration with the State Medical Council.
Experience:
Minimum of
1+ years of post-MD experience
in clinical dermatology with substantial, documented expertise in both advanced aesthetic procedures and clinical management.
Functional Knowledge:
Proven expertise or dedicated certification/fellowship in Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging, or Clinical Nutrition is a
critical requirement.
Commercial Acumen:
Exceptional sales and client counseling skills, with a proven track record of converting clinical recommendations into high-value patient enrollment/package sales across multiple service categories.
