Hybrid Working We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. This role requires front ending Ops Transformation support for Barclays global operations (Including teams in India) for the Noida based teams. Currently, this position is vacant and as a result there is less than optimum support available. This role will directly contribute towards the 'High Value Ops' agenda by identifying improvement opportunities and executing them with min. supervision. . There are already some strategic (high value) projects identified in operations BX, India and this role will directly contribute in execution of those projects till delivery of these projects. The candidate is also expected to support delivery of high value/strategic PI initiatives including delivery in 3rd party sites and hence has to have prior experience in stakeholder management which is commensurate with the experience/capability expected from an BA4 level profile. What will you be doing . Key accountability from this role is as follows: . Process improvement (70%) . Project management (20%) . Stakeholder management (10%) What we're looking for: . The role requires the candidate to be an expert in Lean, Analytics and a practicing Six Sigma Black Belt . Minimum process re-engineering / transformation related experience of 4+ years . Understanding of Banking processes . Expertise in value Stream Mapping, identifying process wastes, robotic candidates and end to end stakeholder and project management. . Experience in deployment of Active operations management (AoMi) . Hands on experience in delivering Robotics process automation projects . Proficiency in IBM Blueworks or another mainstream process mapping tool . Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls . Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques . Experience of working with large data sets, data analytics and visualisation. Skills that will help you in the role: . Exposure of various automation tools like Blue Prism, UI path, Appian, Appzillon etc. and should be adept in carrying out discovery exercises independently.
