Department Description The global distribution team at Fidelity International acts as a trusted advisor, expert manager and thought-leading investment partner to institutions globally. Our clients include pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, charities, banks and other institutional investors. We offer a full range of institutional investment strategies and solutions, including our own products and those of other parts of the Fidelity business - Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) and Geode. Databases are vitally important as they serve as a \'shop window\' to enable investment consultants, existing and potential clients to evaluate our company, products and services and ultimately make major investment decisions. Investment consultants such as Mercer, Aon Hewitt and Cambridge Associates are generally appointed by institutional pension fund trustees to assist with asset allocation and providing comprehensive due diligence of Asset Managers. It is crucial that Fidelity provides accurate and up-to-date information that communicates our proposition clearly. This requires a strong understanding of Asset Management, data manipulation skills, working with many key stakeholders and driving with the development of key IT systems within Fidelity. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Consultant relations team and provide a valuable link between the CDB Team in India and the Senior manager in London. The role will seek major enhancements to data gathering for CDB, RFP, KMT and Sales Support teams. It\'s vital that the you have experience of working with IT, Finance and front office teams to develop the necessary tools to become more efficient at data provision. Key Responsibilities Close liaison with all SME\'s within FIL to ensure our agenda is met Produce high quality output, such that extensive revision by sales or product teams is not required Report relevant Management Information to the business on activity Liaise with SMEs to educate on the importance of efficient data provision, promote team initiatives, escalate and address issues raised Ability to automate processes where possible, to avoid manual intervention Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities At least 3 years\' experience in a management position Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness Ability to demonstrate industry best-practice to help drive further effiencies Experience and Qualifications Required Highly collaborative individual with ability to communicate clearly to a high standard Proven ability to accurately manipulate, interpret and interrogate multiple sources of quantitative and qualitative data Knowledge of Sales Force CRM Strong Excel skills 3 to 5 years\' experience of Institutional Consultant Databases Team player and able to use initiative Able to adapt to a wide range of required tasks Feel rewarded For starters, we\'ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
