Lead assessments of AI and advanced analytics use cases against ERAI frameworks, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines.
Evaluate risks related to bias, fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, security, and societal impact.
Review and interpret technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation details from a risk and governance perspective.
Provide structured feedback to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERAI assessment processes, methodologies, and tools.
Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to align evaluations with enterprise policies.
Mentor and support knowledge transfer within the ERAI team.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal committees and governance forums on responsible AI practices.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in evaluating advanced technology or data-driven solutions with a focus on risk, compliance, or governance.
Demonstrated experience reviewing technical/business documentation and translating it into structured assessments.
Strong understanding of regulatory and legal considerations surrounding AI and data use.
Proven ability to assess ethical implications of AI-enabled solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Hands-on experience in ethical AI development or deployment (e.g., building solutions with embedded fairness, transparency, or accountability safeguards).
Exposure to industry frameworks for responsible AI (e.g.: NIST AI RMF).
