We are looking for a
warm, reflective, and dedicated Consultant Counselling Psychologist
to join our multidisciplinary team. If you are passionate about supporting parents, caregivers, and families of neurodivergent children, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to create real change.
Key Responsibilities
:
Conduct
one-on-one counselling sessions
for parents of neurodivergent children (twice a month)
Provide emotional support, guidance, and coping strategies to caregivers
Help parents understand their child's developmental profile, needs, and strengths
Collaborate with special educators, developmental pediatricians, and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team
Maintain clear documentation and ensure confidentiality of all sessions
Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment for families

Experience working with parents, families, or children (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Warmth, patience, empathy, and a family-centered mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
