Job Title: Consultant Coordinator

Job Summary
The Consultant Coordinator will serve as the key link between clients, consultants, and internal teams at Emerge Business Group. This role involves coordinating consulting assignments, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients and consultants regarding project updates and requirements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and consultations between clients and consultants.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and follow-up communications.
Ensure timely delivery of consulting services and address client queries or concerns.
Work closely with the HR and Operations teams to assign consultants to projects.
Track progress of consulting projects and escalate issues when necessary.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new consultants if required.
Maintain accurate client and consultant records in the company database.
Contribute to process improvement and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Experience in client coordination or consulting support will be an added advantage.
