Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans.Work with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements.Build and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to resolve bottlenecks.Monitor system performance in production and provide recommendations for improvement.Automate performance testing within CI/CD pipelines.Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards.Requirements3+ years of experience in performance testing or engineering.Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, Gatling).Good understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and microservices.Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, New Relic, AppDynamics).Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Groovy.Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsEXPERIENCE2+ years

• Has strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas to best implement policies and practices.
