About the Position




BharatCares is expanding its public infrastructure programs including school development, public health infrastructure, water systems, and community assets. We are seeking a technically strong Consultant to support planning, execution oversight, and quality management for multi-state civil projects.


Responsibilities



Project Planning & Technical Design


Prepare BOQs, estimates, DPRs, and feasibility assessments for civil projects Review architectural/structural drawings and ensure compliance with standards Conduct site assessments, surveys, and safety reviews
Construction Execution Oversight


Monitor site-level civil works including schedule, quality, and contractor performance Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, materials, and safety norms Provide on-ground troubleshooting and improvement actions
Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Management


Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to track deliverables Support procurement and rate analysis for civil materials and services Coordinate with government bodies, school authorities, and community leaders
Quality Assurance & Compliance


Conduct periodic inspection checks & report deviations Ensure compliance with structural norms, environmental and safety regulations Maintain documentation: site diaries, measurement books, progress reports
Project Reporting, MIS & Budget Control


Track budgets, utilization, and timelines with accurate reporting Provide weekly progress updates, dashboards, and photographic documentation Support audit and monitoring visits with required technical inputs

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:



B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 2-5 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, site supervision & estimation Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Office Willingness to travel regularly to project sites
