Working closely with our clients, we have developed Cognizant Neuro , an in-house GenAI-powered automation platform with a suite of products & solutions to enable efficiency, resilience, and agility to help our clients succeed. We are looking for experienced and skilled design thinker / business analyst with strong business acumen & keen interest in leveraging Intelligent automation (GenAI / AI/ML / Processing Mining / NLP / OCR etc.) led technologies) to help clients transform digital operations. As a strategic design thinker / business analyst, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the future of technology by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that harness the power of GenAI. Role: Business Analyst - Grade Consultant Location : Any location within India (preferably Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) Product Management : Hands on requirement gathering, good technology knowhow to collaborate with design / development teams, good acumen in understanding business requirements, understanding of Agile, Incremental delivery models, experience in estimation of efforts, good hold on stake holder communication, multitasking. Overall Responsibilities : . Requirement and gap analysis, effort estimation . Can write epics and user stories independently. . Can create mockups using Balsamiq etc. . Strong technology acumen, knowhow required to execute a project Client, stakeholder communication. . Project governance, planning, execution and management, capacity planning . Knowledge management, SoP documentation, implementation of delivery excellence practices . Process setup / improvement and adherence . People and team management, team building, mentoring . Status reporting, issues / risks management, SLA adherence, quality management . Contribute to business growth BI, SQL, Python (knowhow), Generative AI, Good prompt Engineering skills, Good understanding of the LLM ecosystem.
