We are inviting applications for the role of Consultant, CAT Modelling!

In this role, you will be responsible for Manage a team of Analytics team members working in the domain of Catastrophe modeling, Operational Risk Management, Actuarial & Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Understand the processes nuances of respective teams & guide the team members on technical inputs
• Participate in regular calls with the onshore client SMEs & develop a working relationship with them
• Work on cross training & backup planning of individuals
• Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data

Qualifications we seek in you

• Graduate in quantitative sciences
• Experience in Data Analytics, overall experience with team leading experience as well
• Experience in Data Analytics in the either of the domains of Actuarial/Cat Modeling / Underwriting/Claims
• Knowledge of P&C Insurance
• Proficiency in MS Excel & SQL
• Ability to deliver time bound tasks
• Ability to manage the work pressure
• Work as a team player & highly motivated with excellent problem solving skills
• Good Communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL preferred
• Excellent analytical ability
• High speed of execution
• Coaching & mentoring skills
