What is the work?

Evaluate projects and recommend suitable public blockchain solutions. Advise on smart contract architecture, token design, and ecosystem compatibility. Help define the technical roadmap for blockchain implementation. Review or write secure and gas-efficient smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, etc.). Provide audit-level recommendations to improve contract reliability. Assist in deploying contracts on testnets and mainnets. Guide backend/frontend teams on wallet integrations and Web3 connectivity. Support testing with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Remix. Prepare easy-to-understand technical notes, whitepapers, or strategy briefs. Participate in client discussions as the blockchain expert.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

4+ years of project-based experience in blockchain consulting or development. Proven work with public blockchains and at least one mainnet deployment. Solid grasp of smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper, Rust, etc.). Understanding of Layer 2 solutions, bridges, and decentralized storage (IPFS, Filecoin). Familiarity with tools like ethers.js, web3.js, MetaMask, Infura/Alchemy. Tokenomics design experience. DAO setup or governance consulting. NFT contract development or integration.
