The individual should thrive by demonstrating strong business acumen, collaborating with various teams in Sattva and able to influence without authority, instill behaviour change and solve complex organisation scaling problems with utmost urgency. Individuals will be demonstrating the following abilities on an everyday basis:

  • Plan, coordinate and manage end to end finance operations and act as a key business partner to the CXOs
  • Prepare MIS to be shared with all stakeholders and continually work towards improvisation of the same and its reporting
  • Measure and track key business and financial metrics
  • Drive efficient cashflow planning and treasury management, including account payables
  • Play an integral role in all planning cycles such as annual operating plan, monthly forecast and strategic planning
  • Improve business processes, internal systems, enable effective decision making and track corporate performance
  • Drive implementation and adoption of new-age technology accounting system and work with various stakeholders to drive SOPs
  • Ensure effective financial management being responsible to perform all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the organisation mission and help in the execution of growth plans
  • Address queries and issues of various stakeholders
  • Support the design and execution of the financial ERP based on new-age technology
  • Building financial analytics using historical data and providing forecasts based on various best-adopted industry metrics
  • Obtain current and historical information from the organisation's financial statements / accounting reports and collect explanations on the data and the variances in the data
  • Plan short-, mid- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
  • Preparation of daily and monthly financial reports, regulatory and Board reports to support the achievement of organisational objectives
  • Providing financial results to operational divisions along with analysis of key business metrics
  • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks
  • Ensuring accurate modeling of allocated portfolios and enhancing the existing models
Who we are looking for
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields
  • MBA / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Ability to assimilate / summarise large amounts of information from multiple sources demonstrate patterns and trends, make recommendations and draw conclusions
  • Have a sound knowledge of management accounting principles and financial accounting principles (IFRS)
  • Expert user with Excel and other MS Office products
  • Problem solving ability, ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
