Responsibilities Responsibilities As a Consultant, you will . Be part of Telecom Services practice within DTS - Practice Development & Solution Design. . Build solution design for Telecom BSS/OSS across different geographies. . Conceptualize and create digital solution for Telecom clients. . Lead Telecom digital transformation projects globally for multiple accounts or multiple engagements in single account . Responsible for business development efforts - response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and presales support . Be engaged in short but intense consulting, due diligences, PoC exercises to win the implementation project . Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design . Work with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces . Identify whitespaces and conceptualize solution areas through use case articulation, user story creation and wireframing . Strong understanding of innovation initiatives in the industry from operations standpoint . Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep endto-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirement Key Skills Required This role requires the following skills, expertise and experience: Domain: B2C Telecommunication, B2B Telecommunication . 6+ years of experience in telecom domain in practice development/consulting/solution design role in Digital organizations/practices. . Understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS architecture, Telecom business operations and process understanding. . Strong consulting, solution development skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities in telecom domain with prior experience in - Shared services and outsourcing advisory for global organizations . In driving automation initiative by conducting business process reviews to identify the use cases for automation . Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing and/or shared services operations. . Proven delivery management skills of multiple programs, getting deep into the requirements & solutioning when needed . Strong in developing data driven solutions in Telecom space . Help our clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients\' as-is processes and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints . Help hire, mentor and train team members into the practice . Strong in developing relevant of Proof of Concept, Internal Asset for demonstration purpose to internal and external stakeholders . Excellent written and oral communication skills Additional Responsibilities: What We Are Looking For .
