We are inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Baan ERP SCM Functional

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 End to End Implementation of Infor ERP LN (Baan) for the global customers (Business Process Mapping, Business process re-engineering, Conference room Piloting, User Training, Post implementation support)

\xc2\xb7 Business Requirement Analysis, design solutions, coordination with development team for the realization of requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Development and Customization of Baan ERP

\xc2\xb7 Understanding user requirements, design, development, testing and implementation of Baan ERP

\xc2\xb7 Handling of functional areas Finance, Logistics, Service, Distribution

\xc2\xb7 Experience in deployment of ERP in the areas Finance / Logistics.

\xc2\xb7 Provide consultancy to clients.

\xc2\xb7 Development and Implementation of Projects.

\xc2\xb7 To perform pre-sales, provide user training and support.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

\xc2\xb7 BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA

\xc2\xb7 Should have good relevant experience in BaaN ERP Functional

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication and Inter personal skills, Presentation Skills, Team Player, Positive Approach / Attitude.

\xc2\xb7 Highly experienced in the deployment of ERP solutions for the global customers. Overseas experience must.

\xc2\xb7 Should have completed experience in Full Life-Cycle Implementation in any ERP system. Hands on experience in diverse areas including pre-sales, implementation, migration, training & troubleshooting.

\xc2\xb7 Business Knowledge Good industry knowledge and ability to produce high quality content based on customer requirements

\xc2\xb7 Client Management establish relationship with client, understand this requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Co-ordination \xe2\x80\x93 ability to successfully coordinate with multiple teams and drive them to achieving a common goal.

\xc2\xb7 Should be Flexible with Onsite (International) travel and willing to relocate to other regions (If required).
