Job Title: Consultant / Assistant Manager / Manager - Technology Consulting (Banking Domain)

Location: Mumbai & Chennai

Work Mode: Hybrid (Travel Mandatory Based on Project Needs - Up to 1 Year or More)

About the Role

We are hiring Technology Consulting professionals with strong Banking domain expertise. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, solid functional/technical knowledge of banking systems, and the confidence to engage with CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Heads. The role involves consulting, solutioning, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of core banking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with senior banking stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions. Define functional and technical solution approaches for transformation projects and drive end-to-end implementation across Core Banking, Lending, Payments, CRM, and Digital platforms. Manage vendors and application teams, lead API, integration, and architecture discussions, and support data migration activities. Ensure regulatory alignment, risk management, governance, and effective collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in Banking Technology Consulting (Big 4 / Tier-2 Consulting / Major Private Banks / Fintechs / Captives like SBI, JPMC, Natwest, Morgan Stanley, Citibank GCCs).

Deep understanding of at least one of the following domains:

Core Banking (Accounts, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Trade Finance)

Internet Banking & Mobile Banking

Lending Systems

Payments & Digital Channels

IT Strategy & IT Transformation

Excellent communication with zero grammatical errors - must be able to speak confidently with senior banking leadership.

Hands-on understanding of:

System architecture, APIs & Integrations

Functional solutioning

Application lifecycle & performance management

SQL queries and basic DB optimization
