Role Overview

We are looking to empanel a team of

experienced Anesthesiologists

on a

contract (fee-per-case) basis

to provide anesthesia services for:

LSCS (Elective & Emergency) Normal Delivery analgesia (as per availability) Pediatric surgeries Neonatal surgeries General surgeries Emergency cases
Consultants will be included in a roster-based system, ensuring adequate coverage for elective and emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and evidence-based anesthesia for all assigned cases. Preoperative assessment of patients and counseling of attendants. Intraoperative monitoring and management. Post-operative pain management and follow-up. Collaborate with surgeons, obstetricians, pediatricians, and NICU teams. Maintain documentation, consent forms, and anesthesia records. Assist in strengthening OT safety, protocols, and NABH standards. Be available for emergency call duties as per agreed roster.

Eligibility Criteria

MD/DNB/DA in Anesthesiology

from a recognized institution. Valid Telangana Medical Council Registration. Experience in

obstetric and pediatric anesthesia

is highly preferred. Ability to manage neonatal and high-risk cases will be an added advantage. Willingness to work within a structured call-duty roster.

Engagement Model

Contract Basis - Fee Per Case

Payment will be made

per procedure/case

, based on type of surgery. Monthly settlement of dues. Team must provide 24/7 anestheisa coverage
