About the Client:
A leading social news aggregator and online advertising platform.

ole and Responsibilities:
Manage cases submitted on salesforce to build out campaigns.
Develop an amicable customer relationship/experience on every case submitted.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through proactive communication on cases handled.
Build accurate, valid and complete campaign/ad groups/ads by using the build tracker provided.
Follow processes defined to ensure smooth turn around of cases and track progress on them.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge on digital marketing and ad trafficking
Proven ad trafficking experience
Track record of accurate campaign builds
Strong command over written language
Strong email communication skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems
