Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client's business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:
Strategic planning:
Develop and implement digital media strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for approvals, cross team coordination and reporting.
Campaign management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, paid media, programmatic).
Team leadership:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of digital specialists to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Performance analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
Innovation and thought leadership:
Identify new opportunities, stay current with industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to clients.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, such as planning and content, as well as external vendors.
