Job Description

Site Preparation and Cleanup:

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and waste materials.

Material and Equipment Handling:

Load, unload, distribute, and move building materials and construction equipment.

Site Work:

Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction.

Construction Support:

Assist with constructing or dismantling temporary structures, bracing, scaffolding, and barricades.

Tool and Equipment Operation:

Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools and machinery, including drills, pneumatic hammers, and concrete mixers.

Concrete Work:

Assist with mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete, grout, and plaster solutions.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, maintain a safe work environment, and follow construction guidelines.

Collaboration:

Work effectively in a team, following instructions from construction managers, supervisors, and skilled workers.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and interpret basic guidelines, plans, and blueprints when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Physical Attributes:

Excellent physical strength, stamina, balance, and hand-eye coordination.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.

Safety Awareness:

Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and protocols.

Problem-Solving:

Good judgment and the ability to solve basic problems on site.

Communication:

Clear communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is often required or preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in construction or a related field is beneficial.

Pay: ₹9,140.74 - ₹15,530.15 per month
