Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible to drive the tank construction, developing and leading the team towards completion of tank constructions within budgeted cost, scheduled time line and organization goals
Understanding full scope of contract and administrating the site works with regards to contractual guidelines.
Review of all technical specification, drawings and engineering deliverables. Evaluating technical feasibility based on optimum utilization of resources.
Decision making and interface management with different discipline to ensure smooth flow of work at project site.
Planning and monitoring the construction activities, ensuring quality of deliverables within the approved budget, timelines & NCR
Ensuring all tank construction activities are performed safely in compliance with project HSE policy, local laws and statutory requirements
Managing construction activities as per schedule, forecast probable slippages and taking mitigation measures.
Managing contractors, responsible for developing positive working environment at site , ensuring vendor compliance on project specification and company values.
Identify and ensure that appropriate controls and reporting is implemented for Quality, Safety, Health, Compliance, Change, risk and environmental issue
Manage the effective flow of inputs, information and documents between owner, management, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages of tank construction.
Ensuring that lesson learnt, benchmark data, technical competence and knowledge sharing is generated and implemented in each phase of the project.
Qualifications: Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred.
Experiences:? Minimum experience: 15-20 years in tankage Construction works
Hands-on experience of handling oil & gas project of same kind.
Well versed with all applicable Construction Codes including NDT and Welding
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors
