Job Description

D2B Interior Studio is seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Supervisor to oversee site execution for interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior and construction projects

Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and contractors

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Monitor material usage, workmanship quality, and project timelines

Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers

Conduct site measurements and assist in execution planning

Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly

Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

Ensure safety practices and site discipline are followed

Support handover and final quality checks

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of interior execution and basic construction practices

Ability to read drawings and understand measurements

Good team coordination and leadership skills

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Effective communication with clients and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Any relevant technical qualification preferred

Experience

Minimum 5 + years of experience in interior/construction site supervision

Compensation
