Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee site activities, coordinate teams, and maintain project timelines while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise construction work according to approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams to maintain timelines Monitor material usage, site safety, and adherence to quality standards Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management Address on-site issues promptly to keep work on schedule
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Civil Engineering 1-2 years of experience supervising construction projects (preferred) Knowledge of construction drawings, site procedures, and safety protocols Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
