Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for industrial construction works
Manage manpower, foremen, and subcontractors at site
Ensure work execution as per drawings and instructions
Monitor RCC, structural, foundation, and finishing works
Maintain safety standards and site discipline
Coordinate with engineers and site management
Check material usage and prevent wastage
Maintain daily work progress and site reports
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in
industrial construction projects
Strong on-site supervision and manpower handling skills
Good understanding of RCC, structural steel, and civil works
Ability to read basic construction drawings
Willingness to work full-time on-site
