Responsibilities :
Oversee construction work and contractors
Travel between multiple job site,
Prepare daily work report,
Procurement of materials for construction needs when required,
Ensure works safety,
Maintenance planning and resources planning, compliance with building code and other gov. requirements,
Qualification:
knowledge on building construction and structure,
basic know-how on building planning, basic electrical, plumbing maintenance knowledge
