Job Title: Civil Engineer - Foundation Inspection (Oil Refinery Storage Tanks)

We are currently seeking a qualified Civil Engineer (B.E. Civil) with minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in the inspection of foundations for storage tanks within oil refinery environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil structural inspections, with specific experience in tank foundation assessments, construction standards, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspection and assessment of tank foundations (ringwall, slab, or pile-supported) in operational oil refinery environments.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with API, ASTM, and other relevant standards.

Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and safety teams to ensure smooth execution of inspection activities.

Prepare detailed inspection reports, document non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.

Supervise or verify foundation repair, grouting, or rework activities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in foundation inspection for storage tanks in oil refineries.

Strong knowledge of foundation types, settlement monitoring, and construction materials.

Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., API 650/653, ACI, ASTM).

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work on-site in refinery environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in API 653 or other relevant inspection credentials is an advantage.

Experience working with major oil & gas EPCs or refinery owners.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
