We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead the go-to-market strategy for an AI-driven product suite designed for the construction and infrastructure industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands both construction workflows and technology/SaaS, and can drive enterprise-level sales growth.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for:
*Leading the overall sales and business development strategy.
*Driving enterprise client acquisition across the construction and infrastructure sector.
*Growing SaaS revenues for AI-based products such as contract management and bid evaluation solutions.
*Building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
*Collaborating with product and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.
*Representing the organisation at key industry events and client discussions.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
*10-12 years of experience in construction technology, SaaS, or enterprise IT sales.
*Strong track record of hitting revenue, ARR, and client acquisition targets.
*Strong industry network within construction and infrastructure.
*Ability to translate technology into clear business value for CXOs and project leaders.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Background:
*B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; exposure to IT/AI/Software solutions.
*MBA in Marketing or Business is a strong plus.
*Experience leading and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
