We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Construction Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day activities on our construction sites. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing labor, materials, and site coordination to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Manage labor and subcontractors on site Maintain daily work records and site reports Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and vendors Monitor progress and report updates to the management Ensure materials are available as per work schedules Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans Good leadership and communication skills Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures Ability to handle labor and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Local candidates preferred
