Job Overview:

The Civil Supervisor oversees daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is done safely, on time, and according to specifications. This role also involves managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities and manage the site crew. Ensure work meets quality standards and follows safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth progress. Inspect work to ensure it meets design and regulatory requirements. Keep accurate records of site activities and progress. Provide leadership and training to workers. Solve problems and address issues that arise on-site. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Experience in civil construction (3-5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards. Good communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to read technical drawings and plans
