Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site, manage workers, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site. Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor and manage site workers and labor productivity. Ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness are maintained. Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with the project manager. Manage materials and minimize wastage. Address any issues or delays on-site promptly.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of construction methods and civil works. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations. Basic computer proficiency for reporting.

Salary:

15K-17K(Per Month )
