Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible

to join our team as a

Construction Site Supervisor

. The role involves assisting in supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of plastering, structural, interior, and exterior works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site execution of:

Plastering work

Structural work

Interior finishing

Exterior elevation and finishing

Monitor labor performance, attendances, and contractor progress Coordinate with vendors, and site workers Track materials usage and ensure no wastage Maintain site reports, measurements, and daily logs Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed Report delays or issues to the management

Requirements:

A degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or the RELATED field Willingness to learn Good communication and documentation skills Ability to be present full-time on-site Basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,932.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
