Job Overview

We are seeking a

Site supervisor (Civil)

to oversee and coordinate the construction of a residential house project in Hyderabad. The role involves guiding site workers, supervising daily activities, ensuring construction quality, and supporting in planning and execution of each stage of construction. The engineer will work closely with the owner and contractors to make sure the project is executed smoothly, on time, and as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site. Guide and coordinate workers, masons, carpenters, and other site staff. Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms. Plan and prepare for upcoming stages of work (e.g., foundation, columns, slab, brickwork, plastering, finishing). Monitor quality of materials used and report shortages in advance. Maintain daily site records, including manpower, material usage, and progress. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants when required. Assist in resolving technical site issues and provide practical solutions. Ensure timely completion of assigned stages and overall project milestones. Report regularly to the owner on progress, issues, and next steps.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 0-3 years of site supervision experience (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply). Knowledge of residential building construction stages and methods. Ability to read and understand civil drawings. Good communication and leadership skills to guide workers. Basic knowledge of material estimation and site safety. Willingness to work at site full-time and manage day-to-day execution.
