We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Site Manager

to oversee daily operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and daily work activities. Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Conduct routine site inspections and enforce all health & safety policies. Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment to maintain workflow. Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly reports to management. Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays. Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and compliance documentation. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with site management tools and reporting software.
