We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising workers, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring progress, and delivering quality work within deadlines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities and manage labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Maintain site safety and ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Handle site inspections, material management, and inventory control.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise on site.
Liaise with senior management for regular updates and approvals.
