Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Construction Site Engineer
to support on-site execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves supervising daily construction activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring work is carried out as per approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site
Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Monitor material usage, quality, and site cleanliness
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and labor attendance
Support measurement work, quantity tracking, and billing assistance
Identify and resolve site-level technical issues
Update project progress regularly to senior site management
Qualifications:
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
2-5 years of experience working on real estate construction sites (residential or commercial)
Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Familiarity with site safety protocols and quality control standards
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage field teams
