Role Overview:



We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our construction projects/products. The role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the construction sector. Identify and secure new projects, clients, and partnerships (builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, government bodies). Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and participation in exhibitions/trade shows. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the project, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies. Track and report monthly sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to management. Train, mentor, and manage a small sales/business development team if required.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in , Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of proven experience in sales/business development in the construction or building materials sector. Strong network of contacts with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of local construction market trends and regulations. Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools. Willingness to travel as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹389,573.65 - ₹1,449,850.53 per year
