Role Overview



We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated

Construction Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations and business growth efforts.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in

construction or real estate sales

, capable of developing scalable sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team toward achieving ambitious revenue goals.

As a core member of our leadership team, the Construction Sales Manager will directly influence

business expansion, brand visibility, and client satisfaction

, helping Arton Homes strengthen its position as a trusted name in Con-Tech construction.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Market Development



Develop, implement, and monitor

comprehensive sales strategies

aligned with the company's business goals. Identify new

market segments, client opportunities, and partnership channels

to drive growth. Track

market trends, competitor activities, and pricing models

to maintain competitive positioning. Formulate

quarterly and annual sales targets

with actionable performance plans.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management



Build, train, and lead a

high-performing sales team

with a focus on accountability and excellence. Define clear

sales KPIs

, monitor daily and monthly performance, and ensure consistent achievement of targets. Foster a culture of

ownership, teamwork, and continuous learning

through mentorship and coaching.

3. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with both prospective and existing clients. Lead

client meetings, negotiations, and presentations

, ensuring trust and satisfaction at every stage. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional service experience.

4. Sales Operations & Reporting



Prepare and maintain

accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline analyses

. Collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure seamless contract execution and payment collections. Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate

conversion ratios, sales efficiency

, and market ROI.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination



Work closely with the

Marketing Department

to align lead-generation strategies with campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with the

Design and Project Management teams

to ensure alignment on client expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Participate in

product development discussions

, offering insights from client feedback and market analysis.

6. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure all sales operations adhere to

company policies, legal standards, and documentation protocols

. Maintain a

comprehensive database of client interactions, proposals, and contracts

using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.

MBA or Postgraduate Diploma

in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3-6 years

of proven experience in sales, preferably in

construction, real estate, or related industries

. Demonstrated ability to

consistently meet or exceed sales targets

in a competitive environment.
