Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
Promote and sell construction-related products or services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales within a construction company.
Strong knowledge of the construction industry, products, and customer base.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.
Preferred Experience:
Sales of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, paints, etc.)
B2B or project-based selling within the construction sector.
Familiarity with local construction companies and market dynamics.
