Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Present and promote construction/interior services to prospective clients
Understand project requirements and provide customized proposals
Coordinate with technical teams for site visits, design inputs, and estimates
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline until closure
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reports
Meet monthly sales targets and support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably construction, interior, or B2B)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand basic technical and project-related terms
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
