Core Responsibilities



Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors. Build long-term partnerships to secure better pricing and ensure supply chain resilience.

Negotiation & Contracting:

Lead complex negotiations to obtain favorable terms for pricing, payment, and delivery. Draft and manage purchase orders (POs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Cost Control & Budgeting:

Monitor procurement spending against project budgets, perform cost-benefit analyses, and identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing or alternative materials.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

Track stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate delivery schedules with site teams to ensure materials arrive "just-in-time" according to the construction timeline.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all procured materials meet technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., Bureau of Indian Standards).

Bidding & Tender Management:

Run the tendering process, evaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and bids, and provide cost estimates for project estimators during the pre-construction phase.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., price volatility, delivery delays) and ensure all activities comply with legal regulations and company policies

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
