is looking for an experienced

Project Manager (Contract-Based)

to lead the execution of a premium

plotted development project

in Bengaluru. As a real estate development firm focused on gated residential communities, we require a skilled professional with a strong background in

civil engineering, infrastructure works, and layout execution

.

This is a

project-based role (6-9 months)

, ideal for individuals who prefer high-impact, results-driven work and are well-versed in

coordinating site execution from start to finish

.

Responsibilities:

Full ownership of day-to-day

execution of plotted layout infrastructure

: roads, drainage, culverts, water lines, electricity, and plot marking Manage and coordinate a team including

site engineers, contractors, vendors

, and liaise with

Quantity Surveyors

Track progress against construction schedule and update the

management weekly

with milestones and action plans Interpret and ensure execution of

architectural, structural, MEP, and electrical drawings

as per approval norms Maintain site quality, enforce safety practices, and control

development cost within the fixed budget.

Certify contractor work, verify bills, and align costs with approved BOQs Oversee

logistics, material procurement

coordination with the Purchase Manager or independently (if needed) Support in

layout-level inspections, NOC approvals

, and local authority interactions when required

Key Skills & Experience:

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering

Minimum

7 years of site execution experience

, especially in

layout/township development or plotted infrastructure

Familiarity with

BDA/BMRDA/Panchayat norms

for layout approvals Proficient in

contractor/vendor management

, bar chart/Gantt-based scheduling Experience managing site labor, timelines, material follow-ups, and local-level issue resolution Must understand

cutting/filling planning, trenching, levelling, and sub-base construction techniques

Strong in quality assurance, work tracking, and reporting using Excel or project management tools

Knowledge of Kannada

is preferred for on-ground communication

Employment Type:

Contract - 6 to 9 months

Salary:

?50,000 to ?65,000/month

Project completion bonus of ?1.5 lakh
