Develop and monitor project baseline, work breakdown structure (WBS), and progress charts.
Identify risks, constraints, and prepare mitigation strategies.
2. Execution & Site Supervision
Oversee end-to-end execution of civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Monitor daily site progress through site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
3. Contract & Vendor Management
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, labour contractors, and service vendors.
Prepare work orders, scope documents, and track contractor performance.
Negotiate rates, review quotations, and ensure cost control.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement QA/QC protocols as per IS codes and project standards.
Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of materials and workmanship.
Ensure all statutory, environmental, and safety norms are followed.
5. Financial Management
Prepare and verify RA bills, contractor bills, material reconciliation, and cost summaries.
Track project budgets, monitor variations, and control cost overruns.
Support project accounting and documentation for audits.
6. Coordination & Communication
Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams and client representatives.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and authorities.
Resolve technical issues through RFIs, revisions, and approvals.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare DPRs, WPRs, MPRs and maintain complete project documentation.
Track material consumption, store management, and logistics.
Maintain record of drawings, revisions, approvals, and correspondence.
8. Leadership & Team Management
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and support staff.
Train and guide junior engineers and ensure disciplined site operations.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Required Qualifications & Experience
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred).
10+
of experience in civil project management.
Experience with infrastructure, environmental, urban development, or building projects preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, landscaping, boardwalks, and marine/coastal infra is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in MS Project / Primavera (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
