Role Summary:

Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager

/Responsibilities:

To Lead and manage project team, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects especially residential and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordination with various stakeholders, including architects, project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project timelines Be a mentor to the Project Engineers and monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles, and take necessary corrective actions. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications Prepare and present project status reports to the top management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities. Implement effective risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks Foster a positive working environment, promote teamwork, and facilitate open communication among team members.

Desired Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager,managing multiple projects simultaneously 7+ Year of Experience Ready to join Immediately Good with Numbers and Proficiency in MS Excel Negotiation Passion to build customer relationship Strong communication with good command over English and Kannada

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
