Job Description

We are seeking a

Project Coordinator

to join our construction company's admin team. This role is ideal for someone with on-site experience who can bridge office operations and site execution by managing our project management tool, tracking site progress, and ensuring accurate reporting.

The role involves close coordination with site engineers/supervisors, procurement, and management to monitor & double check tasks, monitor material, and ensure project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the company's

project management tool

with daily tasks, progress, and material tracking. Review and cross-check

site progress

against approved drawings and schedules. Track

material procurement, usage, and billing

to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Generate and share regular

project status reports

with management. Conduct daily visits to sites (within 5 km radius of the office) to verify progress and collect data. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely updates and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in preparing documentation related to materials, billing, and project milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

or a related field.

3-5 years of site experience

in construction projects. Strong understanding of

construction drawings, materials, and workflows

. Proficiency in

project management tools/software

(training can be provided if needed). Excellent organizational and reporting skills. Must own a

two-wheeler

(for daily site visits). Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively between office and site teams.

Job Location:

Office-based with daily site visits (all sites within 5 km radius of office). 3-6 sites at a time.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
